Japan's Asahi Snaps Up Fuller's Beer Brands For $330M In Blow To 'London Pride'

London-based Fuller's brewery has agreed to sell its entire beer, cider and soft drinks brewing and production, wine wholesaling, and distribution thereof, to Asahi Europe Ltd. (AEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's Asahi Group Holdings, for an enterprise value of £250 million (c.$330 million).
